San Leon Energy - Nigerian oil export system investment delight understandable?...

Read HERE: Just how much financial trouble is broker Novum in and how did it manage to feck it up in this market?

San Leon Energy (SLE) is delighted” as it “announces that it is investing US$15 million in Energy Link Infrastructure (Malta) Limited, the company which owns the Alternative Crude Oil Evacuation System project"...

Simec Atlantis Energy – Emergency bailout placing and more risk! Read from Peter Brailey HERE

Worth 6p per share according to broker Fox Davies, it looks a great deal for we loyal shareholders here. The pipeline and floating storage and offloading vessel project for Oil Mining Lease 18 - from which San Leon currently derives its cash flows - and potential third parties is expected to offer significant benefits, including OML 18 reduction of downtime and losses associated with existing export route and therefore is expected to generate regular cash flow once commissioned in the coming quarters”. San Leon is getting a 10% equity stake by offering up a $15 million loan at a coupon of 14% per annum over 4 years, and repayable quarterly following a one-year moratorium from the date of investment.

Amanda Blanc of Aviva is my new FTSE-100 corporate crush writes Chris Bailey HERE

Though no further financial specifics are provided, it is stated “looking forward to a longer-term dividend return from our shareholding… contribute to further future dividends to San Leon shareholders”. San Leon’s OML 18 experience provides confidence and with the $15 million repayable with the significant interest, the longer-term returns of the project don’t have to be good for a cracking return from this move in any case.

How to value Centamin? Nigel Somerville updates HERE

This follows us previously concluding in June that San Leon’s cash flow opportunities and a further approximately $103.9 million expected in interest and loan note repayments by end of 2021 compared to, at a 22.15p share price, a £99.7 million (approx. $123.8 million) market cap and we can thus understand why CEO Oisín Fanning might seem so confident. The shares have now responded up to 24.55p but this latest sees our stance at anywhere around 25p as Buy.

Risk Warning & Disclaimer

The hot share tips given here are of necessity, general. They cannot relate to the individual circumstances of investors. Anyone considering following the share tips contained here should seek independent advice from a Financial Conduct Authority authorised Stockbroker or Financial Adviser. We cannot be held liable if individuals suffer losses through following share tips contained on this site or emailed out as free share tips. The value of investments can go down as well as up. The past is not necessarily a guide to future performance. Investing in shares can lose you part or all of your capital although the potential returns are theoretically unlimited. The difference between the buy share price and the sell share price for smaller company shares (penny shares) can be significant. Profits from dealing in shares may be liable to tax - the level of tax and bases of relief from tax are subject to change. Changes in the rates of exchange may have an adverse effect on the value or price of an investment in sterling terms if it is denominated in a foreign currency. Some of the shares recommended on this site will be smaller company shares. By their nature such investments can be relatively illiquid and thus hard to trade. And that makes such investments more of a high risk than larger company shares (or 'small caps'/'penny shares'). FiveFreeShareTips.com & its sister site ShareProphets.com defines a smaller company share as any stock traded on AIM or NEX or which has a market capitalisation of less than £300 million.
